As an internal strategy and operations expert, I love to design and execute complex change initiatives that enable organizations to achieve their critical strategic goals. I have more than 15 years of experience in transformation, business operations, and chief of staff roles within the tech-enabled services industry, including private equity. I embrace the idea that human dynamics can make -- or break -- any transformative endeavor. Accordingly, I drive for results with a collaborative approach that emphasizes relationship building, reciprocity, and empathy. I also operate with the belief that nothing rallies an organization like a few simple, carefully considered metrics on an easily accessible dashboard. Outside of work, I'm a passionate hiker and trail runner (ask me about racing with EX2 Adventures in the DC area!). I also enjoy traveling, exploring new restaurants, cooking, and reading.
