At Amor I have the exciting responsibility of managing my own roster of talents. From scouting across social media all the way to organising and amplifying amazing brand deals & collaborations, I am there for my content creators every step of the way as a hands on, dedicated manager. A huge part of my role is to assist with brand & influencer outreach and communications, including outbound & inbound marketing management. My mission is to empower my Influencers and use my experience & expertise to allow them to thrive, grow and achieve their goals from all angles- and expand their businesses in ways they hadn't previously considered. As well as growing & excelling talents' comms, I also help with brand and social media calendars & manage campaigns, allowing for them to produce the most high-quality, engaging content possible for their platforms. Consistently supporting the social media accounts of Amor also falls within these responsibilities. Furthermore, I assist with ad-hoc administration duties across the Marketing, Influencer & Social Media departments, whilst building close relationships with brands and talents.

I have the responsibilities of a Team Host and a Receptionist; completing duties such as checking in passengers, cashing up & billing, filling out delayed flights excel spreadsheets and managing online bookings. As a Team Host, I manage replenishing and cleaning the pantry tables as well as general cleaning duties, bartending and stock management. In Clubrooms I also have the responsibilities of checking in Business Class passengers. As a lounge that offers table service, I also have the opportunity to demonstrate my waitressing and bartending skills in this lounge.Throughout both lounges there is a huge focus on upselling both at reception and throughout the airport. Furthermore, I have created engaging TikTok content for the lounges to raise brand awareness and drive sales.

On our FMB trips and international visits to locations such as Paris and London, I would manage content and social media engagement for the official FMB NTU Instagram page. Here, i'd post consistent and engaging content throughout the day to update our followers and fellow NTU students on what the cohort was participating in and increase followers. This was also an efficient way to engage and communicate with the page's audience and build the following on my own personal social media channels. Being a part of this responsibility allowed me to further my understanding of social media management and use my creative skills gained during my time at University to optimise engagement through branded and strategic content.

During my time at university, I worked as a F&B assistant. I completed duties such as order taking, stock management and replenishment, cleaning, cashing up and sales in a fast-paced, intense environment.

Over the six months that I worked with Boohoo I was guided by a live brief provided by the brand-creating an extensive Consumer Insight report and 3 year Strategic Marketing Plan with a focus on sustainability, that I then presented.

I was part of an international collaboration project with the Fashion Institute of Technology New York, guided by the live brief provided by Aromatherapy Associates. This collaboration was based around generating innovative and futuristic marketing methods to sell scent through online and digital channels.

I completed Waitress and Front of House responsibilities such as food and drink running, cleaning duties, allergen procedures, bartending, stock management, order taking, cash handling, and more. Furthermore, I would repost engaging Zizzi's content on my social media channels such as offers, new products and brand updates as a way of increasing brand awareness and driving sales.

During Sixth Form, I worked as a Retail Customer Assistant outside of my studies. Here, I would work on the tills, floor, stores, café and customer service desk in-store. In addition to this, I managed the M&S Sheldon TikTok page where we would post engaging content and participate in current trends and soundbites to gain traction and build customer loyalty online through engagement on viral videos.
