Leader tasked with transforming a family-run business model into a company of empowered leaders executing professional processes, while driving aggressive growth targets.• Lead, mentor, and manage the broader finance organization covering finance, accounting, tax, IT, office administration, corporate governance and reporting, regulatory, compliance, and legal functions• Work together with the CEO and other senior leaders at KPMF to grow and develop the business• Initiate and manage strategic projects to drive continuous improvement• Commercial lead for evaluation and planning for new investments and capital programs• Monitor, analyze, and review KPMF key performance indicators, including addressing variations in performance, deviations from budgets, and areas for improvement• Work with PE firm ownership on strategic and financial priorities

Financial lead on a cross-functional team tasked with developing a more efficient manufacturing and logistical network. Responsible for developing estimates for project costs and benefits. Presents financial analysis and provides recommendations to the Conagra leadership team. Provides future state views for the operational cost structure, P&L, cash flow and balance sheet.
