I am Darci Thomas, I am currently enrolled at San Diego State University, majoring in Business Administration. Although my previous work was in law as a Paralegal, I am in the process of adhering to my new calling in the business industry. I have discovered a knack for numbers and all the fundamentals that entail running a business from the employees, laws, and management to the foundations of success in a business. I live my life by the famous words of Vince Lombardi “Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence.” Although I am aware that nothing can be perfect, I excel in every task I am assigned to or that comes up in life. I strive to be the best I can be and better each day following. I have surrounded and built my life on the foundation that I can accomplish anything, and that is what I desire most in life, reaching goals and attaining them successfully. In my work experience I have exceeded and excelled in any position I have ever worked. I have quickly worked my way into more respected positions. In my most recent job as a Paralegal I created new office procedures and implemented them into the everyday work of the office to manage and maintain a more efficient flow of the office and a better dynamic for employees. I dealt with thousands of diverse clienteles and ensured that their needs were met. In my time here, we saw a copious increase in clients and work as our new procedures and communication was implemented, welcomed, and accepted. Time management was key in the day to day operations, and I always worked efficiently to accomplish the daily tasks within the allotted time.
