As Head of School at SPMA, duties included: accreditation, manage staff of 30, expanded Primary through Middle School, fundraising, marketing of program, public speaking and presenting at education conferences and increasing enrollment.

As inaugural head of school, duties included: accreditation, fundraising, recruiting and retaining teachers, insurance, payroll, management of staff, policies and procedures and leading start up through a corporate merger with State's oldest Montessori School.
