I embarked on my journey in 2004 as a social worker for child protective services, driven by a deep commitment to connecting children and families with personalized, impactful resources. Following the completion of my master's degree in occupational therapy at Washington University School of Medicine, I transitioned to supporting families in the home health setting, fueled by my passion for advocacy and improving healthcare access.As I delved into the field of home health as a clinician, I quickly recognized the potential to enhance organizational quality and value through my operational proficiency, strategic planning acumen, and dedication to exceptional customer experience. This realization catalyzed my transition into management roles starting in 2008, culminating in my appointment as CEO of Solace Healthcare in 2018.During my tenure, Solace Healthcare underwent significant expansion, growing from 20 clinicians in Colorado to a team of over 1200 professionals spanning multiple states. We have proudly served and continue to serve over 10,000 families, embodying our mission to make a meaningful difference in the community.In line with our commitment to continual improvement and innovation, Solace Healthcare is undergoing a transformation, rebranding as Care Options for Kids. In my current role as President of Therapy+ services, I lead our In-home, Schools, Family Caregiver, and ABA service lines nationwide. I am dedicated to steering our organization towards continued growth, adaptability, and excellence, ensuring that our mission of empowering children and families remains at the forefront of everything we do.
