· Traveled to 13 restaurants and provided support in regards to training and developing the front of house staff and management team, resolved computer issues with the POS system· Designed, organized, presented and implemented a number of new training initiatives, menus, and limited time offers related to food specials and marketing promotions· Created an ADP Payroll training binder specific to T-Bird Restaurant Group of California payroll procedure and labor laws used by all 63 stores and accountants in the state· Responsible for vendor engagement regarding employee incentive programs

Southern California

• Part of a selected training team to convert Outback Steakhouse’s old Point of Sale System to POSitouch Point of Sale System, completed 9 store “roll outs” with 5 of them as a lead trainer.• Responsible for the set up and installation of 5 or more point of sales per store and the store specific configurations • Administered training to the entire staff, from kitchen employees to upper management and managed several stores training needs, became an on call contact for issues that arise.
