About Darci Lee

I bring almost 30 years’ experience in talent acquisition with a focus in technology. I started out recruiting during the "dot com" in Silicon Valley before there were computers (really!). We posted ads in the San Jose Mercury and waited for resumes to arrive in the mail. This taught me early on that long term relationships and networking (the old fashioned face-to-face kind) are what separate the good recruiters from the GREAT. I have worked as both agency and in house recruiter, managed global teams and processes, implemented ATS and HRIS and worked for large and small companies. I went to school for Engineering and then again for Ethnic Studies – I find that my technical background, and focus on diversity, helps me understand and connect people in a unique way.
