I was a 360 Recruitment Consultant working within the Technology and digital teams at Page. I specialised in Project Services and had to deliver the best quality candidates to our clients for each role that needed to be filled. Each day consisted of both sourcing and meeting candidates whilst building and maintaining relationships with clients and creating job pipelines for future roles. Stakeholder management was a core part of the role both internally and externally.Time management was critical in my role as having to schedule my own diary for all meetings and whilst still meeting the KPI’s set out by our team/business. I worked both in the Temporary and Permanent recruitment markets. This required urgency and speed to market whilst maintaining a high quality of work to deliver the best result for our clients. Maintaining and updating information through our databases was critical in making sure we were on top of all client and candidate information to make best use of our time.

My main role at Tide was to make sure our members received quality support on a day today basis in regards to accessing and using their accounts on the App. Interactions were primarily done via the App, email and telephone. Being a start-up Fin Tech company this was our point of differentiation and enabled us to grow and build the business. I also worked with a range of other departments such as Compliance, the KYC/on-boarding and Financial Crime to make sure our members accounts were safe and secure. This required investigating accounts and previous banking history to make sure we were on-boarding the right members. Working in a small but growing team with over 80,000 members (and growing every day) meant time management and communication were crucial to ensure we delivered on our promise of great product features and exceptional customer service.

My main role was to deliver the product training that BHR was contracted to provide. This also involved providing additional training to teams who needed refresher training and support so the people in these centres and retail locations were equipped to administer the products to the community.I was the first point of call for all centres and retail locations to make sure they had all the orders they needed or could address any questions about the product and services.My day to day role was to balance my own work schedule to make sure all clients were contacted and trained within certain deadlines. Given tight timeframes to conduct the training and also answer many queries on a daily basis, time management was crucial in this role.

I coordinated events on a daily basis to accommodate a list of people that were eligible for the National Diabetes Health Prevention Program. This involved planning with Health and Wellbeing managers, local health commissioners, local venues and trained health coaches to run these programs.My day to day role involved making sure all the events ran smoothly and coordinating future events we were running. I oversaw 15 plus health coaches and had to coordinate different time schedules to make sure coaches were able run the events. Invoicing and dealing with various accounts management was another major part of the role. Making sure accounts were being paid and were all correct was critical for this program to be delivered.
