Develop and maintain high-quality rigging systems for humanoid characters ensuringfunctionality, flexibility, and efficiency.• Collaborate closely with animators, modelers, and designers to understand characterrequirements and implement rigging solutions that meet artistic and technicalneeds.• Create skeletal structures, control rigs, and deformation setups to enable realisticmovement and expression for characters, paying attention to anatomical accuracyand range of motion.• Implement advanced rigging techniques such as IK, FK, blendshapes, and correctiveblendshapes to achieve desired character performances.

• Oversee the operations of the rigging team.• Responsible for mentoring, managing, developing training, and evaluating theperformance of the rigging team.• Implement animation control rigging systems for complex creatures in Maya.• Work with all departments to ensure that all rigs meet the film’s requirements.• Keep constant communication with the Animation team to ensure the rigs meetAnimators’ requests.• Oversee the creatures, vehicles, and prop rigging throughout the film pipeline• Troubleshoot and wrangle character rigging issues for artists within variousdisciplines
