I have an extensive background in all aspects of office administration, personnel management and accounting. I have advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications and a competent end-user of internet applications, as well. I am extremely hard working, learn quickly and am able to multi-task with ease. In addition to the aforementioned qualifications, I have two other outstanding skills I would like to touch upon:Project Management/Execution: Beginning with identifying the end-goal and organizing all pertinent data on hand, I take serious consideration to all details involved with any given project. I then outline necessary actions to achieve the objective of the project and then meticulously and expediently execute each step. Customer Service: My biggest strength and passion, however, is customer service. I truly believe that the customer is not only those clients your company may serve, but also my peers and superiors, as well. I am known to have an excellent rapport with the public. I am very comfortable interacting with people and am highly capable of effective communication, even when the other party may be in distress. I can be direct yet kind, firm yet compassionate. I am generally an up-beat, easy to talk to person, and not easily rattled.I am a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
