As a Processing Supervisor at Mount Gibson Iron, I lead and manage a team of operators, boilermakers and fitters to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the mobile and fixed plant equipment as-well as ship loading operations. I have over seven years of experience in the mining industry as a boilermaker and supervisor working with various types of equipment such as crushers, screens, conveyors and heavy machinery. I am a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. I am passionate about delivering quality work and improving the performance and reliability of the plant while ensuring my team and workplace is safe. I enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment, where I can learn from and support my colleagues and contribute to the company's goals and values.
