Conducted on-site investigations and prepared responsive statements towards resolution of same.Chaired jury trial with 6 plaintiffs claiming race discrimination, harassment, failure to promote, and retaliation. Conducted witness preparation and depositions for same.Assisted employers in drafting employee handbooks, updating personnel policies, non-compete/trade secret agreements, release agreements; assisted employers in composing discipline and termination documentation. Conducted training sessions to advise clients on employment law issues for management, human resources, and hourly employees.

Negotiated misdemeanor and felony criminal cases; chaired over 30 jury trials to verdict. Presented opening statements, cross examined witnesses, and gave closing arguments.
