With a background as an administrator and swimming teacher, I bring a unique blend of expertise in management and instruction, complemented by a Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology. My journey includes representing Great Britain internationally as a swimmer, providing me with firsthand experience of the demands and rewards of elite-level competition.Throughout my career, I've been dedicated to empowering individuals of all abilities to reach their full potential by addressing physical and psychological factors that impact performance, whilst focussing specifically on enabling swimmers with other abilities to excel in and out of the pool environment in my recent work. With a strong foundation in research and practical experience, I thrive in dynamic environments where I can apply my knowledge to support athletes, teams, and organizations in achieving their goals. I'm passionate about delving deeper into current research to expand my current understanding to create holistic approaches to athlete development and success at all levels.
