Serves as the Senior PM for the Army Historical Foundation (AHF) on the National Museum of the United States Army (NMUSA) Project. Serves as a trusted agent and conduit to the AHF, Association of the United States Army (AUSA), the Army and other key stakeholders to facilitate two-way communication that will be vital to the support and execution of the project to build the Army's national Museum. Required to interact with senior officials of the AHF, AUSA, HQDA, Fort Belvoir, and general contractors concerning all matters related to the construction of the museum.

Assist with conceptualizing the G-8 strategic mission by developing and designing the layout of the G-8 strategic communications. Analyze concepts and design to ensure the best presentation of the G-8 mission. Coordinate the development and review of strategic documents with internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for organizing meetings and for preparing notes and executive summaries for flag officers and senior civilians. Deputy Director for Operations, Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (ACSIM), the Army's Staff element responsible for the infrastructure and services on Army bases worldwide. ♦ Led six senior government officials/GS-15 division chiefs to ensure mission accomplishment with budgetary responsibility for $49.7M in service contracts and programming for a $1.5B construction budget annually.♦ Coached actions officers to clarify Army input to Joint Base policies, such as command authority, funding transparency, and the standardization of Joint Base Partnership Council (JBPC) business processes. Provides force protection and security, logistics, morale and welfare activities, privatized housing, environmental compliance while partnering with the cities of Monterey and Seaside for shared public works and maintenance services. ♦ Led a team of 794 personnel to provide installation services and support to improve the quality of life for our customers in a resource constrained environment. Ensured environmental compliance and stewardship of natural resources, especially water consumption.♦ Competed in annual Army Communities of Excellence (ACOE) competition with 74 other installations; finished 13th and received honorable mention and $50,000 award. ♦ Initiated mass-transit partnership with Monterey-Salinas Transit receiving Secretary of the Army Superior Quality of Life Award and Chief of Staff of the Army ACOE Exemplary Practice Award. ♦ Improved partnership with the City of Monterey for municipal services, which led to expanded Congressional authority for municipalities and the Army to partner across the United States.
