I am responsible for carrying out the full life cycle of the recruiting process including passive and active sourcing, screening, and coordinating the interview process, salary negotiations, and onboardings so the candidate can have a quality candidate experience.Most of these positions are software engineers, testers, DevOps, technical writers, UX/ UI designers, and others. I have direct contact with the client's hiring managers and even CEOs so we can provide a quality recruiting process that's tailored to their preference.This position also requires me to multitask between different HR responsibilities like creating manuals and contracts, performing 1on1s with the team, creating policies, and organizing team get-togethers.

Vitzo is a startup that required me to multitask between recruitment and hr tasks. I was in charge of creating and carrying out the recruitment process to fill all the positions the company needed which ranged from software developers and testers to digital marketers. In charge of hr tasks like creating contracts, checking timesheets, checking and organizing company documentation. I also gave a helping hand with the company's products by offering assistance in manual testing from a user standpoint and helping with product presentational materials.

I carried out a recruitment process by starting out with a proper analysis of the job description and coordinating with hiring managers to discuss requirements and providing market studies if needed. I then contacted and screened candidates and provided updates to both candidates and hiring managers about the recruitment process. -Extensive research on the roles requested and builds job descriptions for posts. -Uses various recruiting tools and portals for creating a pipeline of quality candidates for the vacancies at hand. -Identifies potential candidates and contacts them in order to obtain a proper screening for the vacant position. -Updates candidate tracking databases to allow a proper follow up.
