Using a strategic but simple approach to developing high-performance sales teams, she has impacted well over 100,000 independent salespeople. She is a transformational coach and an impact speaker who has spoken to crowds as large as 15,000. Starting at the age of 19, she created a simple, business model which includes hard-work, integrity and biblical principles that have created explosive success in every endeavor. She now teaches these key principles internationally and has been privileged to help over 40 entrepreneurs become millionaires and over 80 earn healthy six-figure incomes. Nicknamed the “Treasure Hunter”, she is dedicated to helping people discover their true purpose and passion, which she believes comes out of their unique God-designed blueprint. She then equips them with an entrepreneurial mindset, practical strategies and success habits training to develop their “treasure” into a thriving business that serves people. She shares her success principles and strategies across the country in her Success Habits That Work Seminars and Workshops. In 2014, she earned her Doctor of Ministry degree.
