Working at MNP Leduc has been a wonderful experience with a great team and wonderful clients!

Before opening for classes in September 2016 I had to oversee all the renovations, purchasing all necessary equipment and supplies, and hiring all staff members. Once we opened I continued to supervise staff and teachers, provide regular training and guidance, monitor classroom instruction quality, and coordinate of of the classroom activities and functions. In addition I continued many of my regular business manager functions such as monthly financial statement preparation, annual budget submissions, and daily cash management and supervision.

Plan, organize, and execute audits of medium to large non-profit organizations; Prepare compilation and review financial statements for small and medium sized owner operated businesses involved in investment holdings, retail, manufacturing, and agriculture; Examine journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and numerous analysis including income statement variances, and inter-company accounts; Present financial statements and other communications at client meetings; Provide on-going business advice to business owners and their book-keepers; Evaluate and test internal controls; Prepare personal and corporate tax returns; Prepare communications and present to management and business owners including audit findings, management letters, and business recommendations

Organized the service department to a higher standard of quality control and customer satisfaction; Increased sales revenue by implanting a system to track time charged to customers; Consulted with clients, researched products and IT solutions, and provided phone and on-site technical support to meet client technology requirements; Prioritized job assignments and scheduled and coordinated technician timetables to meet customer deadline requirements; Trouble-shoot customer IT systems; removed viruses; and installed hardware and software
