Welcome to River Pines Counseling and Coaching! We are both experienced clinical psychotherapists and physician/leadership coaches. We have two distinct lines of service, therapy and coaching. The majority of our clients are healthcare providers, first responders, pilots, professors, and leaders. Our top niche is supporting those who care for, develop, and lead others. Common client challenges relate to anxiety, depression, career stress, trauma and PTSD, relationships, health and wellness, and gaining clarity of personal and business priorities.We are certified to deliver leadership and executive coaching programs and gold-standard assessments. Coaching packages include assessment administration and interpretation, 360 feedback, development planning, and individual coaching sessions. Coaching services always include the creation and successful implementation of a high powered measurable action plan.As fully licensed clinical psychotherapists, along with being a certified physician and executive coaches, we are absolutely passionate about providing tools, strategies, and encouragement to equip others. Our goal is to empower, equip, and leverage the strengths of others. This is done through a transparent, collaborative, and goal-oriented approach.We have made careers of creating new development approaches and enabling the growth of others.
