As soon as I finished school I had a very important choice to make, and decided to work and learn side by side with my father and older brother how to manage the family Businesses (at that time a Cattle farm, and a parking lot), where I learned how important it is for a company the team work, and ownership from their whole staff, how to handle big or small negotiations specially when the people you negotiate with is way more experienced than you. with ups and downs my brother and I reached an… Show more As soon as I finished school I had a very important choice to make, and decided to work and learn side by side with my father and older brother how to manage the family Businesses (at that time a Cattle farm, and a parking lot), where I learned how important it is for a company the team work, and ownership from their whole staff, how to handle big or small negotiations specially when the people you negotiate with is way more experienced than you. with ups and downs my brother and I reached an important contract with the energy company to store and wash the 80% of their cars, built two more floors on our parking lot, and increase the profitability of the cattle by using a new grass and changing the meadows distribution. then I founded my restaurant firstly in a warehouse we had in the parking lot until I managed to have my own place on a better location in the city.Tan pronto como finalice el colegio decidí trabajar con mi familia en los negocios que poseíamos en esa época tales como una finca ganadera y un parqueadero. En los cuales conseguimos un contrato con la Electrificadora para guardar y lavar sus camionetas, también conseguimos incrementar la productividad del ganado en la finca al máximo con la asesoría de un zootecnista manejando la división de potreros y suplementación alimenticia, y por ultimo fundé un restaurante empezando en un local del parqueadero hasta ubicarlo en un área comercial de la ciudad.
