-Reception, creation and amending bookings. It involves inputting on system all related information such as route, freight charges, confirming vessel space and equipment availability.-Approval for Hazardous, OOG and SOC cargo from overseas agents.-Booking coordination with port terminals / Authorization of container release to customer.-Cargo coordination with customers.-Reporting and coordinating booking flow to head office.-Allocation control. -Communicating with overseas agents on cargo tracing and various customer information requests.-Assisting the Exp. Docs department with obtaining B/L instructions on time.-Informing, coordinate charges to customers such as demurrage, terminal re-handles, tail gate exams and cargo diversions etc.-Retain existing Clients by servicing them properly and regular visit.-Customer data base input and follow up
