With over 10 years of experience in the banking industry, I am a Relationship Manager at First Bank, where I provide retail banking solutions to customers and businesses in the SME and Affluent Banking space. I am passionate about creating value for my clients, delivering excellent customer service, and growing the profitability of my branch. I have a background in geology, which gives me a unique perspective and insight into the Agric and Mining sectors. I have also improved my education with Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration and Accounting qualifications to improve my understanding of customer's businesses and my performances In my current role, I am responsible for generating new accounts, managing existing relationships, onboarding and deploying alternate channels, analyzing and monitoring risk assets. I also have experience as an Acting Branch Manager, where I led a team of staff, handled Loan Management and Work out, and drove Asset and Liability growth.
