Investigate, document and escalate day-to-day incidents.Retrieve call data for archived calls ensuring all security protocols are followed and support the archive technology. Partner with and manage external technology support partner and vendor relationships.

Identify and trouble shoot system problems/irregularities as they occur. Perform audit check on credit increases done on personal accounts to ensure compliance. Promote first call resolution by applying real time payments and cash advances between accounts, and performing limit increases and new visa card openings for clients.
