Ho voluto completare il mio percorso professionale con un piccolo grande sogno: quello di insegnare, e insegnare la disciplina che è - da sempre - l'amore della mia vita, la Fisica. Ho partecipato al concorso STEM del 2021, ho passato le tre prove con un ottimo punteggio e quindi - senza una sola ora mai spesa in classe - nel 2022 sono stato assunto a tempo indeterminato in ruolo. Ho insegnato per 2 anni al Polo Tecnico Professionale di Lugo, dove ho avuto Colleghe/i splendidi. Da settembre 2024 sono all'Alberghetti di Imola, un altrettanto prestigioso Istituto sempre in alto nei ranking delle scuole superiori. Sono felicissimo di questo risultato, lavorare con ragazze e ragazzi (in particolare del biennio Istituto Tecnico) è un'attività faticosissima, che però produce enormi, enormi, enormi soddisfazioni. Quando qualcuno spalanca gli occhi e ti dice "A-ha! Adesso ho capito!!!" la tua faccia assume immediatamente l'espressione beota di chi - davanti allo specchio - pensa di poter dire "dai! Allora è vero! Sono stato utile a qualcuno!". Impagabile!!!

A partire da marzo 2022 il mio percorso professionale si arricchisce di una nuova esperienza.Comincia la mia collaborazione con Applied, nel ruolo di Business Development Executive.Applied è parte dell'ecosistema IMA Group, Azienda tutta italiana nel machinery Pharma, Food&Beverage, etc.Ho speso molti anni ad occuparmi del “come” connettere cose e macchine: sensori, macchine, dispositivi di varia natura, reti, cloud.Ora proverò ad aiutare le Aziende a capire “perchè” connettere i loro prodotti.Quali nuove opportunità possono essere sviluppate? Quanto sono profittevoli? Quali rischi bisogna gestire?Applied è una realtà completa, con soluzioni e competenze per trasformare in digitale il business dei Clienti: dagli ERP, alle soluzioni di Control Room, fino alle frontiere del Virtual Commissioning, Augmented Reality e dell’Artificial Intelligence.L’esperienza decennale di Applied costituisce un riferimento solido, concreto, con tanti casi di successo all’attivo.Sono stato parte e poi ho guidato tanti team tecnici, poi ho proposto e venduto soluzioni tecnologiche in molti ambiti diversi, poi sono tornato a scegliere e integrare tecnologie nella mia ultima attività in una grande Azienda del machinery, e ora di nuovo mi occuperò di sviluppo business.Imparare, rimanere curiosi, sfidarsi. Questa è la mia stella polare, da sempre.Trovo che la nostra energia vada spesa nel cercare - continuamente - quell’equilibrio sottile tra concretezza e invenzione, tra risultato a breve e visione, tra l’uovo oggi e la trasformazione digitale domani.Questo mi consente - anche in età matura ;-))) - di non rimanere indietro. Ringrazio Applied per l’ottima opportunità, e parto per questo nuovo viaggio. Proverò - ogni tanto - a raccontare qualche tappa, per capire insieme se e quanto la rotta sia quella giusta.Stay tuned!

With the help of a wonderful technical team, and working with many visionary collegues, we delivered tons of functionalities, and started the Digital Services era for SCM GroupThe platform is able to connect new and old machines, deliver data, configurable alerting, documents, procedure, open tickets, help in maintenance and troubleshooting, check for productivity, and many other functions. I'm responsible to develop the IoT and embedded business for Zenatek SpA (www.zenatek.com). I'm creating value proposition and running several projects in Smart Metering, Industry 4.0, IoT, etc.My role is to define with the Customer the solution, then staffing the project and finally deliver to production the system. I'm particularly smart in multi-level complex systems, where many peripheral devices enable services that a Centralized Managment System is deplyoing in various scenario, from Equipment and Asset monitoring, to Smart Metering and Smart Cities solutions, etc

During this activity I mapped precisely contacts, needs, strenghts and weaknesses, to present the best offer, and set up positive and strong relations with the decision makers. In particular, I’m well confident with some Public Utilities companies (Hera, IREN, A2A, etc.), respect to whom I’m continously monitoring needs, and offering our consulting services and my technical skills. Also, the industrial equipment area is well monitored, with high positioned relations in G.D, Tetra Pak, OCME, IMA, SACMI. Finally, in Technogym, Cefla, Gefran and Riello RPS our projects are part of the core activity of the company.I personally recruited and built from scratch a team of about 20 resources (internal and free-lances), which are involved full and part-time in a dozen of projects: both the economics and the technical aspects are managed by myself, creating a solid relation with the Technical and Operations Department of the Customers.
