Progress & attending project review meetings with customers.9. -Visiting to customer place for technical discussion for concluding the issues during the project execution and getting necessary approvals.10. -Visiting to supplier place for the critical bought out components inspection activities.11. -Co-ordination between supplier & customer for stage wise/final inspection activities12. -Supporting internal QC/Manufacturing team during the package testing & getting necessary dispatch Clearances.13. -Monitors and supervises construction or installation activities on behalf of the company/customer and determines manpower requirements. 14. -Support all the other functions like application, sales, marketing activities & other product development activities.

Post-weld heat treatment i.e., verifying when required that post weld heat treatment has been conducted in accordance with specification requirements.*Post-weld visual inspection: Visual inspection and dimensional check of completed weldment before offering for QC inspection.*In case of Non-conformance, Conduct “Root Cause Analysis & resolve the same by providing correction & corrective action.*Offering stage wise inspection to QC as per the ITP and releasing for Pressure testing and inspecting of piping for Leakage and preparing ITR’s and getting approval from the client. Performing FAT test for assembled LOU and DGS Skid.*Responsible for assembly of skids and performing Pickling Passivation process as per procedure/Client spec. *Prepare project document based on Actual fabrication -man power /consumables used.
