In my capacity as Chief Operating Officer, I oversee the leasing of the Handler Organization owned properties as well as the third-party tenant representation division of Handler Real Estate Services. l play a leading role in several other aspects of the Handler Organization, including construction/design, and the development and implementation of the company’s marketing initiatives.Additionally, I have taken on an additional role with ESSH Investments LLC, working with the CEO on sourcing, analysis and diligence of new investment opportunities. ESSH is the organizations’ investment fund for LP and Co-GP investments outside the core portfolio. The fund is focused on multi-family, industrial and several other non-office sectors throughout the United States. Over the past 7 years, ESSH has amassed a portfolio of over 125 unique investments.I have represented a broad spectrum of clients in numerous commercial transactions, including, amongst others:- All Mobile Video's 60,000 SF renewal at 226 West 26th Street - Fred Alger Management's 50,000 SF relocation to 100 Pearl Street- QSAC in their 40,000 SF relocation and expansion- Ocrolus Inc.'s 19,000 SF relocation to 101 Greenwich Street- Wachtel Missry's 17,000 SF renewal at 1 Dag Hammarskjold Plaza,I have a strong passion for adding value by assisting my client with their lease renewals as well as finding my clients their perfect space.
