Property Maintenance Services repairs and remodels: Kitchen and bathrooms, tile work, drywall, carpentry, doors and window replacement, painting, electrical and plumbing repairs etc.

• Acting Interim Chief Engineer(Four maintenance employees)(nine housekeeping employees)• In charge of Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical preventive maintenance and repair work necessary to insure that the Hotel property is running at its optimum and efficient condition, assuring safety and comfort of the guest and employees is at the forefront, Swimming Pool Maintenance and Repairs.• Communicate and schedule with outside Venders and Contractors, Assigns tasks, review and track work reports of maintenance staff.• Liaison with other departments on company-wide issues involving communications, work rules, and safety for staff and guests.• Often took on new assignments and worked with Managers and Chief Engineer to improve efficiency of procedures. • Effectively assists and resolves issues Hotel guests have during their stay.• Computer skills used in carrying out duties include Microsoft Word, excel, Outlook, troubleshooting and resolving WIFI network issues.• Experienced and certification in the following trades:30-Hour OHSA Safety, CFC Universal, Residential & Commercial Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Masonry repairs, Carpentry, Drywall (hanging and finishing), Interior finishing

Primarily responsible for the overall maintenance, interior and exterior, guest suites, meeting spaces, restaurant, swimming pool and common areas; proficient skills include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and masonry.
