Casual team member while working independently full time as an Artist.Role included a high level of customer service and sales, visual merchandising and window displays, facilitating very successful kids parties (10-30ppl) after hours, management of an offsite stockroom, training and coaching peers, striving for constant improvement in product knowledge, assisting management as a senior team member, offsite company events and marketing.

Responsible for the clear direction and high standard of visual merchandising for 35 stores through out New Zealand and Australia.-Co-designed and opened 7 new or refurbished stores (see images)-Implemented a new concept kiosk store to 7 locations-Closed 3 stores, consolidating stock and re-purposing furniture-Identified the importance of, and founded, a library of information, plans, measurements, images, sales data, and contacts for all stores in the company-Created policies and procedures for stores on VM standards, property maintenance and cleanliness.-Initiated the use of social media to the role. Use as a tool to share information, increase engagement, facilitate a peer support system after trading hours (when displays are implemented), and channel recognition.-Introduced basic Te Reo to internal communications and cultural awareness to company events.
