Manage ReverbNation's presence within the music and entertainment industry through effective business development initiatives and the sustainment of the company’s cultural relevance to our customers. Develop and maintain professional relationships within the music industry community, including label representatives, artist managers, publishers, agents, etc. Collaborate with our executive team to educate and guide internal company policy in an effort to bridge the knowledge gap between the technology initiatives and the entertainment industry. Create new music opportunities, increasing the company's visibility in all music markets.

Provided direction, project assignments, and leadership for 35 contracted music curators across multiple genres. Served as liaison between the company and the Opportunity client i.e. record labels, music festivals, publications, and publishing companies to determine curation needs. Identified applicable artists to clients and created presentations suited to their needs and specifications. Curated approximately 1000 songs per week across all major genres, with an emphasis in Rock, Indie, Hip Hop and Alternative.

Managed Southeast CONNECT Artist Development Program. Developed 40+ artists by providing career guidance, select market booking, introductions and showcasing to industry professionals, working with PR reps, and optimizing artists’ brands. Designed and formatted artist artwork and company event graphics, including formatting to fit relative digital and print specifications. Assisted specific artists with navigating licensing deals through our sync licensing partner Hitcher Music / Pulse Recordings.

Collected and delivered label copy for numerous releases for major and indie label artists. Worked to create and shape marketing plans to enable maximum visibility for campaign and priority initiatives. Arranged promotion initiatives with DSP's to ensure visibility on respective platforms, and traveled with artists to live performances, arranging promotional stops, VIP events, along with on-site and remote interviews. Served as tour manager assistant and learned the essential inner workings of live concert production.
