Currently handling end to end recruitment process for SDE-2 positions.Interacting with recruiters across different business units, understanding their requirement and delivering recruitment drives.Sourcing, screening, uploading and getting the feedbacks of the candidates.Taking care of the initial level of interview process by sharing the online test, following up to get the test done and scheduling the test clear candidates for the recruitment drives.Driving a team of 5 people remotely sitting in Amazon.Regular follow-up with probable candidates & recruiters till the offer release and follow-up with candidates thereafter till he/she joinsMaking strategies and implementing them to increase the number of hire calls.Made 11 offers ( 8 SDE-2, 3 SDE-1) in 5 months duration.

My Roles & Responsibilities include :- Source quality profiles according to the requirement of the client- Screening the profiles as per client requirement- Engage with the candidates about the requirement and forward the profiles with details (Experience, Current CTC, Exp CTC and Notice period etc.)- Get feedbacks and Shortlist from clients- Schedule interviews accordingly- Follow-up till the final rounds- Negotiate the salaries- Coordinate with Resource till and after joining.- Expertise working on Niche requirements.- Source quality profiles from portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and through reference & Network.- Ability to handle multiple requirements with excellent output.- Coordinating with Candidates and the Client in terms of arranging interviews.- Collecting feedback from the Client and advising the candidates about the same for better results.

My experience at Google (Client’s place) is not relevant to recruitment but I worked with 4 different leads (managers) and nearly 80+ teammates which made me the awesome team player I am today.
