Currently I am the Director of Marketing, Sponsorships, and events at Cowin Construction. I also am the Executive Assistant for the C-Suite. Cowin Construction is located in Pineville MO, a growing community. Daniel, our CEO, has a passion for the economic growth and development for his town and demonstrates that through the different programs and groups he is associated with. I work hand in hand with him on all projects, events, and involvement that we have. Prior to working with Cowin Construction I was the Economic Development and Diversity Coordinator for the Siloam Springs Chamber of Commerce. There I focused on developing and executing different events that encouraged economic development for Siloam Springs. I was a part of the starting many new businesses, translating large scale events for different businesses including Cobb Vantress, and executed other events such as the annual Dogwood festival that brings in thousands of people to Siloam Springs. I also headed the project on getting Siloam Springs listed on the Diversity NWA page. I also am a JBU graduate, I have a BBA in International Business and Accounting and a MBA in Design THinking and Innovation. During my time at JBU, I was a part of an Entrepreneurial club, Enactus for many years. Enactus is a club that seeks to address complex social, economic, & environmental issues in a measurable & sustainable way. There I served as the Project Leader of the Guatemala Water Project. Each water project seeks to create jobs and improve the quality of life of the people through implementing a water store that offers affordable, sustainable, clean water. In my last year, I served as the VP of Project Development for the club. In this role I worked directly with Project Leaders and their teams to stay on task and accomplish their goals for the semester/year.I have a passion for human and economic development that I have gained throughout my travels, work, and studies. In everything that I do, I hope to be a part of organizations and groups that allow me to be a part of effective and positive change
