● Initiated and led the building of a scalable Data Platform encompassing multiple components such as databases, data lakes, data warehouses, data integration tools, analytics tools. As a result we provided a unified environment for managing, processing, analyzing, and deriving insights across the organization, as well as significantly improved data quality and consistancy.● Helped the management team define the 9 key metrics that helped the company measure success and track the progress on the path to profitability. As well as contributed to developing the Podme data strategy in alignment with the overall Schibsted parent company strategy.● Headed the collaboration between 5 teams including external partners to launch the 3rd party MA-tool Braze and integrate it with the data platform to enable the Marketing team to improve the customer onboarding, engagement and retention.● Steered the development of the AI-powered personalization algorithm recommending content, based on the user's listening history. A/B tested the solution to define the optimal variable values for best user experience. And later led the iterative development of the algorithm, including introducing new features and more advanced technology. We aimed to boost the proportion of users engaging with more than one podcast per month, focusing primarily on those users with a high likelihood of churning.

Another optimised for existing users, focusing on enhancing satisfaction metrics by facilitating a smooth transition to the new interface.
