•using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;•devising and maintaining office systems;•booking rooms and conference facilities;•ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment;•sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post;•organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;•photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.

*General front of house duties including administering the visitor system, meeting and greeting guests and issuing access cards. * Managing the switchboard for incoming calls. * Observe and follow strict procedures for site inspections and telephone complaints. * Assist with the new starter process including site inductions, coordinating access and offering general assistance. * Respond to staff requests and queries and resolve issues * General administrative duties such as invoice verification, filing, scanning and archiving. * Providing assistance and cover for the Operations coordinator such as stock replenishment, placing purchase orders and meeting room set up. * Assist with setup of services for corporate events, including catering services and general site presentation. * Organizing temporary holiday cover and providing the necessary training.
