As a Head of Marketing in Winalife, I was building the whole marketing strategy and co-creating the branding of the company from scratch. I determined the main marketing and sales objectives as well as established ways to achieve those. My responsibilities included:•Establishing the whole digital marketing strategy of Winalife for various time periods;•Managing the content part (optimising copy on the website, conducting key word research, optimising the website along with the best practices in the market);•Leading a small marketing team;•Tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics and social media analytics and modifying the strategy on the basis fo the findings;•Delivering high performing, engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Dribble.

Where do I begin? My work at Moya has always been marked by various challenges. If I had to come up with one word to describe the work here I'd say "intense". The company boasts a flat startup-like structure, which allows the implementation of innovative and at times daring ideas. Moya is growing incredibly fast and I am immensely proud that my work has had a substantial impact on this process:My key responsibilities are:• Boosting Moya sales worldwide (sales goals met by 300% in the first 4-month period and by 200% in the second 4-month period);• Entering new markets outside of the EU.The biggest achievement so far has been the entry of the Ukrainian market (closing the deal with the biggest retailer in Ukraine - Fozzy group) as well as signing the agreement with one of the biggest Belorussian distributors;• Entering new markets within the EU.New markets entered: Italy, Belgium, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldavia and Hungary;• Modifying Private Label offering (changing the price offering as well as the graphic materials). The result of that was the acquisition of 10 new Private Label Partners;• Launching 3 new websites: in Ukrainian, in Russian and in Hungarian languages;• Managing a small sales team.

My short, yet exciting time in Nairobia allowed me to develop a range of new skills. Work for some of the most well-known companies in the market is demanding, yet rewarding as with the marketing campaigns we ran, we were able to reach out to lots of people at once. My key responsibilities were: • Project management for various customers. Companies: Canon, Colgate-Palmolive, Danone and Kampania Piwowarska;• Conducting data analysis of marketing campaigns and reporting outcomes;• Cooperating with a Strategy team – co-creating integrated communication strategies: ATL / BTL / TTL; • Preparing a cost estimation of the projects;• Designing functional and creative briefs.

Until August 2017 Oh my Goji company was just an idea, existing only in my and my co-founder's head. It had no practical implementation, legal status or even a logo. We created the concept and the product from scratch. It was indeed a very ambitious undertaking and being a small company it demanded quick acquisition of various skills - from sales to accounting, from marketing to management. More than anything though Oh my Goji sharpened my problem solving skills, since, as it turned out, things often tend to happen slightly different than anticipated ;). My key responsibilities were:• Establishing "Oh my Goji brand" and developing its growth and business strategy;• Setting up a vegan sweetshop/ catering company in the centre of Warsaw and running it on a daily basis;• Managing a team of 5 workers;• Providing catering services to such companies as (among others): McKinsey, Bain & Company, HSBC, Millennium Bank, Puro Hotels, Golub GetHouse, CCC, Westwing;• Delivering Oh my Goji sweets to B2B customers. Restaurants and coffeeshops (among others): Leonardo Verde, Ministerstwo Kawy, Chwast Food;• Realising individual B2C orders: Candy Bars, Wedding cakes etc.

PriceWaterhouseCoopers helped me to realise my long-term dream of gaining a work experience in consultancy. From the day one I was thrown onto a big responsible project. After my internship I had to come back to Poland for personal reasons and at that time I was eager to pursue my own endeavour. Nevertheless I am immensely grateful to PwC for the skills and knowledge it provided me with. My key responsibilities were:• Working on the UN-led projects related to the economic transformation of Ukraine;• Co-creating development strategy and formulating a plan for its implementation;• Preparing various analytical reports and presentations.
