In my role, I work with the Director of Merchandise for Eric Church on tasks and creative aspects of the merchandise. In this role, I also work in the warehouse with the selling and shipping of merchandise. Along with the merchandise tasks, there is also a customer service role with this position. This involves communication with fans and customers as they reach out.

This internship was working directly with the artist and their team to strategize and execute social media plans. An aspect of this was creating graphics on Canva. Alongside the social media role, some tasks were assisting with promotion and email responses as needed.

This internship consisted of social media posts for the artist and email promotions.
