Totis Pharma is a distributor of professional cosmetics and products for aesthetic medicine. More than 20 different brands are presented on the pages, each of which has its own positioning, brand book, strategies.I made content plans for the future period for pages in Totis Pharma Ukraine and Totis Pharma Moldova.Schedule of all materials in Stories / Instagram / Facebook.Collection, approval of all information with each brand manager of the project.I wrote texts for publications in social networks.Gave the terms of reference for the designer to create visuals - Stories, Feed & Facebook.I compiled a list of all relevant hashtags for each brand and applied it under each post.Up to 45 posts per month were published on the @totis_pharma_ukraine page, announcements of seminars and webinars, live broadcasts, videos, contests with gifts, promotions, and also new items.I prepared slides that the speakers showed during live broadcasts on Instagram.Filmed a video in the company's office about the results of the draw, subject shooting, filming procedures for demonstration during training, filming product reviews.I posted from Monday to Friday, and there were Stories every day.

I made a content plan for Instagram/Facebook/Telegram /Tik Tok.I photographed cars, shot promo videos of cars, shot interviews with managers, reviews of new models, etc. I edited the video, made edits based on the instructions of the management.I went to the shooting and participated in the creation of promotional videos with contractors - models, videographers. I wrote scripts for such videos.Filmed with managers video for YouTube channel. I wrote descriptions for these videos and added time codes. Posted a video on YouTube Shorts.Filmed and edited videos for Tik Tok, before the war there was at least 1 video per day in the Tik Tok account of the car dealership.I went on a business trips to Kyiv and there I also filmed the exterior of a car dealership and a promotional video for advertising on YouTube.I wrote scripts for advertising on radio stations, negotiated professional voice acting with the hosts of these promotional videos. Approved budgets and supervised radio station advertisements.Collaborated with bloggers, approved budgets and scripts, fully communicated.Answered in direct Instagram/Facebook/TikTok/Telegram,redirected already collected contacts to managers for further interaction.I ordered articles on information sites, on automotive sites with reviews of new models. I put tasks to a copywriter, checked articles and sent them for publication on these sites.Published current offers in stock and in the car dealership on Telegram channel, covered promotions and new items. Periodically published video reviews with managers with links to social networks.Launched advertising campaigns through the advertising account, monitored the budgets and performance. Changed creatives to achieve the best results.Monthly compiled and sent a report on statistics from all platforms, highlighted the TOP 10 best videos on Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube. And I made a content plan and included ideas for promoting a car dealership.
