I am the Group Head of Finance at Perspective, where I lead the finance function and oversee the financial integration of businesses acquired by the company—completing over 60 transactions to date. Since joining Perspective in April 2021 as Group Finance Manager, I have advanced through roles, becoming Group Financial Controller in July 2022 and assuming my current position in January 2024. Beyond financial integration, I drive strategic initiatives, including an ERP system migration, the implementation of business intelligence tools, and preparations for a major capital event in 2024.Before joining Perspective, I worked at PwC as an External Audit Manager, specializing in audits for private equity-backed groups. I qualified as a Chartered Accountant and became a member of the ICAEW in 2019, achieving first-time passes in all exams.In addition to my professional career, I serve as an independent non-executive member of the Audit, Risk, and Governance Committee at British Ice Skating, a position I have held since October 2022. This role allows me to combine my professional expertise with my passion for the sport, which I actively practice.I hold a First-Class Honours degree in Accountancy with Economics from the University of Aberdeen (2015) and was selected for ICAEW’s prestigious “Future Inspired Leaders” programme in autumn 2024.
