Participation in IT consulting projects within the tasks set by the project manager or partner of project. Main duties was internal risk procedure ( CRA, TPRA, ERA) based on KPMG internal rules including risks mitigation and negotiation project points with colleagues from another dept.; documentation support of project ( incl. contract negotiation process, payment processing, preparation, verification of primary accounting documents for projects etc.) In additional I have organized and participated in meetings with customers and provide a full administrative support to my team. Also, I've been responsible for standardization of Project administrator duties in collab with HR department and successfully finished that process. As the result - all new project coordinators in KPMG have an instruction with explanation of their duties and roadmap.

I've been responsible for maintain contract lifecycle (template preparation, negotiation process, acceptance in EDI system etc.) Based on contract - I've placing orders in SAP follow the company SLA. Payment processing was an important part of my job ( 30% of my daily duties) it's including documents check-in, add them to SAP ERP system, scanning and sending for archive. After that- strictly control of payment sending/receiving by service providers/suppliers. Also a preparation for weekly/monthly reports based on my work results for the head of the department.
