Senior tax specialistMember of international team, direct reporting to Transfer Pricing manager in USA.Primary Responsibilities:• Coordinate with outside advisor to assist in providing data for area specific TP documentation and review transfer pricing documentation for Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and others EU countries• Coordinate with outside advisor, and connect with GBS & US, to support transfer pricing foreign audits• Support Manager - Transfer Pricing for global transfer pricing compliance on the following areas:o Manages all aspects of transfer pricing (price setting, documentation, defense) for our global affiliates, executing tax planning strategies and providing tax support to regional affiliates.o Manage calculations of transfer prices ensuring accurate and timely reportingo Keep on top of latest developments of tax regulationso Manage the consultants and attorneys as needed to support the projects and worko Assists in performing tax research and analysis on complex international tax and transfer pricing issuesLocal responsibilities:• Organization, maintenance and monitoring of the collection of documents confirming the economic justification services provided by Alticor Inc. group in accordance with the requirements of the Russian and Kazakhstan Tax Code.• Cooperation with the GBS team in Krakow to control the correctness and timeliness of accounting for intercompany.• Assessment of tax risks and tax advice to finance department and business on taxation issues, including analysis of contracts in accordance with the requirements of the Russian Tax Code.• Interactions with auditors and tax authorities• Providing support to the business in developing procedures for promotions and other marketing activities, developing standard solutions for marketing events due to business requirements, taxation and system capabilities.• Regular updating of the internal policies for tax purposes.

• Drive the compliance procedures for intercompany recharges, communicate with BUs, functions and external advisors in the course of preparation of the local support documentation.• Assist in resolving tax audit type of issues and tax litigation-related issues• Tax planning and day-to-day consulting on various tax-related issues, review of deals/contracts • Calculate tax reserves for GAAP needs• Research and advice with respect to acquisitions, dispositions, integration and consolidation of Russian companies• Monitor legislation changes, advise and prepare updates for businesses on tax procedures, tax law amendments and general presentations to share tax-related knowledge• Control compliance with Russian Transfer Pricing rules
