- Full-cycle recruitment: conducting interviews, active search, etc.- Recruitment process creation and optimization- Graduate recruitment: internal and external HR/recruitment activities coordination, organizing IT schools and events, regular collaboration with universities- Local and distributed recruitment teams' coordination- Education and mentorship: managing and creating internal courses for HR/Recruitment specialists, new team members' mentoring- HR activities: onboarding, trial periods, GDPR policies in Russia and EU countries- PR activities: vacancies promotion, organizing internal and external events in collaboration with PR department, the speaker at public events.
