In my current role as a Business Manager at BCS Global Markets, I provide daily business support to Business Heads and cover a wide range of areas for Equities, Fixed Income and Prime lines of business: from overseeing change management activities in relation to new business proposals and driving new product launches to budgeting, cost allocation, strategy planning, enabling the Business to keep growing sustainably and integrating expansion opportunities when they arise.

As IT Project Coordinator reporting to CIO at Renaissance Capital I supported Calypso implementation Program which included several interconnected IT projects.I coordinated IT projects Governance including corporate projects lifecycle polices. I have developed and implemented IT projects reporting process and supported IT resources allocation procedure.

At BCS Group I was leading the team of 3 project administrators and provided PMO support to complex projects focused on IT systems implementation.I have developed and implemented corporate Project Management Standard, created training programs on project management and delivered trainings to project participants within the company.

During my work at NORDEA I developed the corporate Project Management governance and provided PMO support to multiple Operational efficiency projects in the Bank.
