As Deputy Head of the Press Service of the Mayor and Government of Moscow, I had the privilege of playing a pivotal role in promoting the Mayor's agenda and advancing various government projects through effective media and social media strategies.One of the highlights of my tenure was the successful launch and management of the Digital Citizen Engagement projects. These initiatives attracted 5 million registered participants, enhancing direct interaction between the government and the citizens we served.In addition to overseeing these projects, I spearheaded the development and execution of over 200 social media campaigns annually. Through these campaigns, we achieved remarkable results, including a 250% increase in followers across multiple social media platforms.My role provided me with comprehensive skills and experience in all facets of media operations, from strategic planning to hands-on execution. This experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of effective communication strategies and the ability to navigate complex media landscapes.I am proud of the contributions I made during my time with the Mayor and Government of Moscow, and I am excited to leverage my expertise to drive impactful initiatives in my future endeavors.

Consulted the Greater London Authority’s Talk London team on developing and enhancing digital engagement in London and increasing overall outreach of existing Citizen Engagement programs as part of the LSE Cities Consultancy project.
