Most of our clients are parents and carers who are not sure how to best support the child through their academic and personal goals and difficulties, but don't want their child to be held back any longer.Some parents / carers are too busy to assist the child regularly or worry that they are doing the wrong thing. Others have exhausted all the options they can think of and need the support to take their child to the next level or progress.Some examples of the people we help:- Parents / carers of youth under 25- Primary or high school teachers- Wellness professionals- School-aged students- Youth under 25Why it works:We get to the root of the problem and solve it collaboratively in a holistic manner. We want to solve the problem for good by empowering and equipping individuals with the skills required for lasting change using techniques backed by psychology and neuroscience.

I provided families and young people with fun, educational and memorable experiences through Lego!I primarily delivered engaging STEM workshops and lessons, as well as fun birthday parties to children aged 4-12, and mentored a team of 30 young casual staff to be the best employees they could possibly be.

I provided a top tier customer experience to thousands of households across Australia as they transitioned to cleaner and more affordable energy. This involved managing a small team of other project managers and overseeing the entire customer experience for all customers, including the engineering and logistics teams. I consistently implemented new strategies and streamlined processes to maximise employee motivation and efficiency. I held daily team huddles, weekly meetings and supported the team whilst holding everyone accountable for company goals. I also contributed to business development, recruitment and training.

As an intern at Science Space, Wollongong (previously known as the Science Centre and Planetarium, Wollongong) my role was centred around the mission of improving scientific literacy in the community. This involved explaining scientific concepts to people with different backgrounds, abilities and levels of scientific literacy and the ability to tailor shows and programs to suit the needs and expectations of students, teachers and the public. My thorough STEM curriculum knowledge meant that I consistently exceeded student, staff and teacher expectations.

I provided high-level customer service face-to-face, over the phone and via email to University staff and students (high-pressure and high-volume work environment). I often dealt with complex issues that required sensitivity and confidentiality. My administrative tasks included filing and records management (student assignments, form stamping and sorting, scanning/photocopying, data entry), and staff calendar management.
