I've worked in a variety of restaurant settings with a particular specialization in upscale and fine-dining service. I have a deep love for all things viticulture, enology, zymology, and gastronomy.I possess a WSET 2 Award in Wines passing with distinction, and an Introductory Sommelier Certificate from the Court of Master Sommeliers. I am actively pursuing my Certified Sommelier Certificate. Within my experience in wine I have cultivated an advanced background in Italian, French, and Greek methods in gastronomy and viticulture. I have worked in establishments where wine has been at or near the vanguard of the restaurant's focus. In these restaurants I avidly learned from sommeliers above me along with anyone who had knowledge to impart. This willingness to be a student has allowed me to consistently apply a diverse set of experience and information onto the floor. For this reason I will never stop being a student, and luckily in the world of wine it would be impossible to do so. I have an unmitigated resolve to grow and learn which has enabled me to excel in the industry.I gain immense pleasure from the diverse experiences I am able to provide and gain from hospitality. I enjoy the interactions that I am able to have with patrons whether it be date-night or celebrations. I enjoy the ability to be apart of a team working collectively towards our goals.
