I've been in the workforce for 10 years and counting and through these years gained a wealth of knowledge. My experiences have allowed me to learn the ins and outs of customer service, what it means to be a self starter, crisis management, and the ability to take on and thrive in positions of leadership. I'm naturally competitive and I push those around me to be as well, so at my various jobs I shoot for the stars when as it relates to sales competitions. Where it applies I have achieved lead sales status and/or maxed out bonus initiatives routinely. I take pride in doing my job to the best of my abilities so naturally I look forward to having my skills recognized and appreciated in the form advancements into management and positions of leadership. I have full confidence in my ability to do all things required of me, however I still balance it with humility. I will never be above being taught when there is something to learn, or being receptive when it is time to listen.
