Plans, coordinates, and executes individual MCIS and Simulation (puckster) training at echelons ranging from Squad to Corps.Perform classroom setup, networking of systems and supporting simulations, and instruction on applicable mission command information systems.Executes training on the system IAW Army standard Programs of Instruction (POI) following approved course instructional times.Provides individual MCIS training to standard and on time, with 90% of the students successfully completing the course of instruction and receiving system certification.Follows doctrine outlined in the TC 6-0 series, “Training the Mission Command Warfighting Function”.Teach, and coach during exercise/event execution, BSWS functionality and operations to training unit personnel who will be operating simulation workstations during training exercises/events. Served as a Logistics Management Specialist performing duties as a logistics constructive simulation Subject Matter Expert (SME) in research and analysis, design, integration and execution to identify and develop logistics operational concepts and requirements of Combat Service Support (CSS) functions and simulation systems at all levels including Joint, Strategic and Combined Services within a constructive simulation environment. Proficiently serves as a multifunctional trainer covering a broad range of sustainment functions within the Logistics Federate (LOGFED) exercises and test events in support of CPX Exercises, Test and Validation Events of the Battle Command and Sustainment Support System and various joint exercises. Develops, review and analyze training products which include training support modules, functional Joint Deployment Logistics Model (JDLM) database and supportive training doctrine. Assist in developing command and control/mission command system updates to ensure simulations portray Army logistics doctrine, concepts and modular force structure at all levels of sustainment. Assisted in the database build efforts for entity and multi resolution federate and functional review in support of various sustainment simulation exercises. Responsible for the testing of sustainment operations and assist in software package development and documentation of new functionality in military training simulations which capture the interoperability between Joint Deployment Logistics Model (JDLM), Battle Command and Sustainment Support System and Joint Conflict and Tactical Simulation (JCATS). Responsible for the Train the Trainer program which encompass JDLM and MSAT to include formal and informal instruction to a worldwide training audience on operation and execution of the logistics simulation. Develops training concepts, operations and test documents in support of the Joint Deployment Logistics Model to the Mission Training Complex (MTC).

Responsible for the overall welfare, training, discipline, and safety of 150 personnel, administrative, and logistic operations of the organization. Coordinateall planning, scheduling, and routing of inbound and outbound shipments of rations, expendables, petroleum, construction materials, ammunition, personal demand items, major end items, medical material, repair parts, and material to support government programs. Expeditiously led 100 fleet operations, transporting more than 400 short tons of various supplies.  Subject matter expert on utilization, employment, and technical capabilities of transportation equipment and vehicles valued at $17,000,000.

Directed and managed operations relating to thesustainment and distribution of all classes of supply,team coaching of over 150 drivers, and maintenance ofrolling stock valued in excess of $16,000,000 in a high volume environment. Staffed, trained, evaluated and developeddrivers ensuring adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies and regulatory requirements. Managed delivery schedule and hours worked. .  Selected as the unit Master Driver, managing the organizations drivers training program which certified over 130 drivers. Instituted organizational sling load training, resulting in more than 50 aerial resupply missions of critical Rations and Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricant (POL) to outlying delivery areas. Emphasized safety during all delivery operations, assignments and taskings, accruing over 6,000 accident free miles with no loss of equipment.

Responsible for all matters pertaining to guidance, training, promotion, and evaluation of 41 personnel. Developed training plans, programs, and transportation schedules. Managed leadership development program mentoring 19 subordinate team leaders and department supervisors.  Coordinated transportation and facilities for dignitaries that visited Sinai, ensuring mission success by cross training five department personnel during a 30% turnover rate.

Fast tracked to the position of Assistant Program Director Oversaw the administrative workload and classroom duties of 98 instructors. Responsible for the operational readiness of training facilities, more than 256 vehicles, and 19 vehicle simulators valued in excess of $28 million. Aggressively trained 66 instructors on their roles as leaders, coaches, and mentors to improve the programs student satisfaction rates and quality of training. Maintained visibility and oversight of fleet maintenance operations, ensuring the program sustained a vehicle readiness rate of no less than 96% at all times.

Planned and coordinated the administration of all course training schedules and testing. Supervised all fleet convoys crossing through Texas and New Mexico state lines resulting in drivers achieving more than 500,000 accident free miles. Served as acting Assistant Program Director in his absence. Initiated an Instructor Lifecycle Program ensuring all cadre were proficient in student focused techniques for delivery of training. Restructured the Motor Transport Operators course in order to accommodate an annual increase of driver trainees from 2,500 to 3,000. Accomplished the difficult task of lowering the course attrition rate to less than 3%.

Quickly advanced from Instructor to Senior Instructor of a Motor Transport Operators Course for motivating and maintaining a 98% graduation rate with a 95.6% grade point average for over 700 driver trainees.Integrated composite risk management into every level of training, resulting in trainees driving over 405,000 accident/incident free miles. Received accolades by the Transportation School Assistant Commandant and senior program leadership for outstanding training delivery and for the redesign and training effect of the Black-Out Drive Convoy Course. Trained 17 instructors on new 7.0 POI which proved vital to the quality of training and the accomplishment of a 95% successful training rate. Implemented a new program of instruction for the LHS/PLS system which was introduced into the core curriculum. Planned the construction of a $140,000LHS/PLS training area completed on time and within budget requirements enabling quality training for over 1400 driver trainees.
