Current• Receiving and processing complex customer enquiries in relation to pricing, lead-time, product offering, and complaints,• Handling technical enquiries and providing information in order to resolve problems or develop business,• Taking full responsibility over the relationship with customers of my portfolio,• Following up on written quotations for non-standard product within set price and discount levels in order to convert opportunities into sales,• Establishing communication links between customers and internal departments in order to keep all involved parties aware of the different projects in development,• Collating and distributing client feedback on quality, new projects, budgets and competitor information,• Collecting, compiling and analysing sales data in order to issue monthly sales reporting and make decisions.
