As Mobile and Wireless Core Manager I have performed the following tasks:Lead a team of subject matter experts in WiFi Core and 3GPP Mobile Core technologies, to support our organization goals and customer needs.Support, evaluate and consult with all levels of leadership regarding technical operations, strategic planning of rebuilds, network operations, and new product development and deployment for Altice's Mobile and WiFi Networks. Evaluate and determine appropriate growth points and present design options to support growth needs. Analyze root cause determination of issues including recommendations for improvements. Interface with cross-functional engineering and marketing teams for new feature and functionality requests. Train and mentor a team of engineers in the implementation and configuration of mobile core products and services.Plan and execute budget aligned with the organization goals. Act as technical point of contact between with the main vendors.

As Mobile Core Lead Engineer I been leading the following tasks:Architecture Design and implementation of full MNVO EPC and IMS network.Service implementation for: Data, Voice, SMS, MMS, Xcap, RTT all over LTE & WiFi Network.National and international roaming implementation over 2G/3G and LTE networks, IR21 administration.IREG and TADIG tests for roaming implementations.Work with OEM to ensure ongoing support and development of device management capabilities but also adapt to the needs of our business units.Technical assessment for RFPs.Implementation of business logic in network elements.All this in multi vendor/multi cultural environment, coordinating and following up with internal and external parties, to make things happen.Main Nodes:PGWPCRFOCSDRADNSUT Proxy P-CSCFS-CSCFi-CSCFSTPSMSCMMSCHSSSupport, evaluate and consult with all levels of leadership regarding technical operations, strategic planning of rebuilds, network operations, dispatch, and new product development and deployment.
