I am an engineering technician at Landmark Construction. I have obtained a bachelor of science degree in engineering technology management at the University of South Carolina Upstate, after completing an associate's degree in mechanical engineering technology at Midlands Technical College and studying mechanical engineering at the University of South Carolina.In addition to my engineering skills, I have experience in customer service and automotive detailing, working at Enterprise Holdings since 2018. I have demonstrated my ability to meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, provide superior and efficient service, and offer additional assistance and information. I have also contributed to the cleanliness and maintenance of the rental cars, collaborating with managers and team members to implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives. I am easily adaptable, multitasking, and a leader who can supervise and train new service agents. I am motivated to learn new skills, enhance my knowledge, and support the organization's vision and mission. I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked with different types of customers, vehicles, and projects.
