Human Resources Manager
CurrentStrategic HR Management: Establish and maintain a solid business perspective and strategic mindset toward HR and organization development across the company. Develop sound HR and organization development policies, procedures, and HR measures which result in the most productive work environment and ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state requirements. Recruitment - Planning, Selection, and Placement: Responsible for and actively involved in the recruiting process; including, but not limited to: staffing requirements, workforce planning, recruitment, selection and onboarding strategy, retention practices, and proactively managing head count to ensure attracting and retaining the best talent.Training and Development: Coordinate and lead team member training and development practices and continuing education needs that meet current and evolving needs of the company.Organization Development: Effect organizational change consistent with evolving company needs and environmental requirements. Initiate and manage culture change to support company strategies and impact organizational effectiveness. Provide consultation and advice to leaders and team members. Encourage a culture of internal and external networking and best practice sharing.Internal Communications: Ensure that internal communication strategies, making sure that we are following our core values and strengthening our culture.Employee Relations: Understand and increase awareness of issues and strategies that assures the most successful working environment, team member engagement, continuous improvement, and employer of choice vision. Ensure a respectful and diverse workplace.Maintain records: Maintain employee records and compile statistical reports concerning employee related data such as hires, performance appraisals, training data, etc.
